Stay in the Loop

New Home Furnishings Shop/Design Studio Opening Soon

Vivid Home, a new luxury retail space in the North Loop, is set to welcome its first shoppers this Sunday, January 15th.

The one-of-a-kind home furnishings store with an interior design studio in the back is laid out like a fully-furnished home, featuring a dining room, kitchen, bath, bedroom, living room and office.

It’s owned by Danielle Loven who’s had her own interior design firm for 20 years–and always admired the historic North Loop building she’s now moving into on 2nd Avenue North, the International Design Center.

“It has been a lifelong dream of mine to curate a store that is so unique to the Twin Cities that it draws people from all over,” Loven said in a news release. “What better place other than the North Loop? It was a perfect storm.”

The store’s Retail Director is Ethan Allen, who spent seven years working at MartinPatrick3 in personal styling and interior design consulting.

“This neighborhood is just bustling with new growth,” Allen said. This was a dream come true, the best place we could possibly be.”

Starting with the soft opening this Sunday, Vivid Home will be open 10a-6p Monday-Saturday and 11-5 on Sundays. A grand opening is planned for the first week of March, which will also mark Danielle Loven’s 20th anniversary of her business.
